Today I tried my first ever Suede... Meet OPI's Here Today... Aragon Tomorrow:
No topcoat, overcast
Personally I am not wowed by this finish. I think it looks dull and muted. Because look how pretty this polish is when you add some ultra shiny topcoat (I used Chanel's but I'm sure you can use any topcoat)
With topcoat, overcast
See how all the pretty shimmer comes alive? It gives this polish dept and makes it appear more vibrant. I wish it was more like the original HTAT though... more blackened. I even thought it might compare to China Glaze's Emerald Sparkle but I should have know that that's incomparable:
Emerald Sparkle is in a league on it's own
Do you have suede's and do you like their matte finish or do you rather put a topcaot? And what's you favourite suede?
Hasta la vista, Laqueristas!

This is a gorgeous addition to OPI's suede polishes. I really want this, but none of the stores near me carry it atm.
Gorgeous colour! I prefer it without topcoat

Maybe I'm just not with the trend, but I personally consider nail polish=shiny.
This is so pretty but it also looks great shiny!
I absolutely adore matte/suede polishes!!!
I don't know if I love this particular color, I've seen it swatched a few times and it just doesn't WOW me, but in general I ADORE matte finishes.
:)
I think when you buy a suede nail polish, it's supposed to be matte :D But with a top coat, all the hidden shimmer, and glitter becomes alive. I think it's also stylish too. I think it really depends on the mood you are :) If you feel like girly and glittery then put the top coat on sweetie :)
Ik vind hem inderdaad mooier met topcoat! Wow he, wat een beauty!
I personally love matte finish nails, but I do agree that this one is better with topcoat :)
Nice Post!!
